PruProtect has revamped its innovative sickness insurance product to make sure that more people are able to claim if they fall ill.
Their award-winning Serious Illness Cover now features new conditions which extend the scope of cover to reflect medical advances and how the illnesses affect people.
The comprehensive version of this sickness insurance will now cover 161 conditions, with some of the new ones including severe inflammatory Crohn's disease, encephalitis and spinal tumours.
The new definitions, coupled with improvements to existing ones, will come at no extra cost to current customers.
