After the passing of the life insurance policy holder, the insurer needed the medical notes from his GP, but as they were written in Spanish, Royal Liver was unable to understand what they meant.
At this point, "LifeSearch not only took up the claim on behalf of Mrs F, negotiating with the insurer, as well as giving her free access to the Red Arc counselling service, but also arranged for a letter to be translated into Spanish requesting the client's medical report."
