You’ll have no doubt noticed that this award only has two companies short-listed. This is a real shame but we felt only two providers deserved to be on it. It’s been nearly ten years since Friends Provident launched their pioneering E-Select system with true end to end online processing for all applications. Unfortunately, most systems on the market are still miles behind what Friends Provident achieved all those years ago, hence our short shortlist! The winner of this award offers a highly interactive system that provides an efficient means to get customers underwritten and on risk. Human intervention, duplication and paperwork is kept to a minimum and so this system really is the one to beat.
