"I have worked at Lifesearch for 3 yrs as a Tele-interviewer and still enjoy the job as much today as I did when I began. There are many reasons for this as Lifesearch is a fantastic company, not only to it's employees but more importantly to it's customers. From the day I began it was always made clear that treating customers fairly played a massive part in the way this company worked.
During the process of running through an application with a customer we have to discuss a variety of issues including, medical and family history, some disclosures can make client's feel uncomfortable, personal medical disclosures or recent family member deaths etc. I am pleased as a member of the TI team that we are each able to show compassion and treat each customer on an individual basis. I believe this friendly approach leaves the customer with a sense of trust and hopefully encourages them to recommend the service we offer to family and friends. I often speak to people who have a negative impression of insurance brokers and believe we are only here to line pockets but after speaking to a Lifesearch adviser you discover those opinions change, people can tell the difference between a sales pitch and someone who genuinely wants to make sure your family is financially taken care of should the unthinkable occur.
