The Adviser that I spoke to the most was Daniel Smyth - he was brilliant! He knew his stuff and wasn't at all pushy. I felt that I had every confidence in him.
Communication was excellent. Regular e-mails keeping me up to date. Phone calls when they said they'd ring and the text alerts were really good too - brilliant service and I'd recommend your company highly.

I would say this was the best customer service I have experienced and it didn't feel like I was being looked after just because they wanted me to take out the policy with lifesearch, I actually felt like a person.
